RICHARD HOBDAY
Richard Hobday is the founder and Director. He has over 30 years experience in education and skills sector, and includes the management of International Skills programmes under the Erasmus, and Turing scheme. Richard is excited at how travel and international work experience can provide life changing opportunities
His favourite country is Brazil and bucket list destination is to canoe down the Zambezi. .
John Kester
John is our Administrator and Coordinator. He has extensive experience of managing Turing projects and international projects.
John works with all of our Turing partners, to ensure contract compliance, learner paperwork and financial records are compliant. She also assist with flight bookings, itineraries and risk assessments.
Mina Kovak The Gambia & Senegal
Mina has recently joined ISE as our Manager in The Gambia. She brings a wealth of educational travel experience to the business. She has over 10 years working in the education and skills sector, with the last years spent in International educational travel And volunteer projects in Africa.
Mina is passionate about creating inspiring educational travel programmes for young people.
DEBORAH WALLIS
Deborah is our destination manger, assisting with all logistics within each destination. She identifies projects, and ensures all of our vocational activities are established within each country.
